PLEASE NOTE : YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE AEROBIC ROOM WITH STREET SHOES!!! YOU MUST BRING A SEPARATE PAIR OF SHOES TO WORK OUT IN. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES!!!! This is for your safety and the safety of others in the class. It does not matter what type of weather is outside.
 



Description of Classes
Boot Camp 

This workout is a Total Body workout with a mix of Body-Weight, Weighted and All-Over Body exercises, guaranteed to get your legs, arms and core working & feeling the burn. We will engage in Interval training, strength training, plylometric and cardio workouts that are designed in a fun and motivational environment that will not only get you in the best shape of your life but will challenge you to reach new heights in your personal fitness goals!

BOTTOMLINE

This class is a great workout for your, well, bottom-line!!! Anything below the belt will get a great workout~ Abs/ Thighs/ Rear End... Tighten it, tone it, lift it!!!

Core Fitness

This workout is designed with the key elements of the body’s core in mind. We will engage the entire body as we strengthen and tone the essential core muscle groups including muscles that stabilize your spine, pelvis and shoulders, enabling you to stand and walk. This challenging workout is personalized and designed for all ability and fitness levels. It is designed to strengthen muscles related to back health, improved athletic and work performance, postural balance, and improved musculature of the neck, shoulders, hips, abdominals and buttocks! Be ready to get in the best shape of your life!

Couch to 5k Run Club

You should ease into your running program gradually. In this program, we outline less of a running regimen than a walking and jogging program. The idea is to transform you from a couch potato to a runner, getting you ready to run three miles (or a 5K). We will be selecting different local 5k runs to sponsor and help you get ready to be a part of it. You can also be an avid runner who just wants a group to be a part of. 

Hip Beatz

This is an energetic class that not only teaches you Hip Hop movements and technique but also instills rhythm and precision in your muscle. Students can apply what they learn to various styles of dance and settings, including dancing at the night clubs. The class with be 30 minutes of non stop dancing to a variety of songs and 30 minutes will be a break down of slightly more complex choreography to teach you the basic movements of hip hop. 

Hanging Tough

This class uses ropes, that attach to the ceiling, to all you to work against your own body weight. This class delivers a fast, effective total body workout. You will gain a rock solid core, increased muscle endurance and improved muscle strength. This class is for all fitness levels. 

Hot Yoga

This type of yoga is performed under hot and humid conditions. The heat of the room will increase an individual's flexibility in the poses. The room is usually maintained at 90 degrees. Hot yoga tends to be a flowing vinyasa style of practice in which the teacher instructs a series of linked poses. 

INSANITY

The secret to these mind-blowing INSANITY workout results: MAX Interval Training. You perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each INSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. Packed with plyometric drills, on top of non stop intervals of strength, power, resistance and ab/core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most insane body.

Kardio Kick

Kardio Kick is a martial arts/aerobics hybrid that combines kickboxing and dance disciplines to upbeat music. A typical one hour class consists of a series of jabs, punches, kicks and steps, choreographed in a series of eight-count combinations. This high endurance class builds muscle, burns fat, increases coordination and promises to be FUN!

Pilates, Core n More

Pilates is famous for developing balance, core strength, flexibility and body awareness by completing graceful movements.  Participating in a pilates program will help to give you long lean muscles, a stronger core center and better spine and pelvic alignment. Pilates is designed to work with a wide range of people... ANYONE CAN DO IT! 

PUMPfit 

PUMPfit is a circuit training class that involves muscle endurance and high intensity cardio intervals (H.I.I.T). This is an easy to follow class that targets building muscle strength as well as muscle endurance. When exercise is complete, another one immediately follows until all the muscles have been targeted in the circuit. Circuit training is a fast and effective way to build muscle while burning fat.

R.I.P.P.E.D

a fitness program that is new to the area, is challenging that theory. The 50-minute class is a series of high-intensity segments designed to burn calories (750-1,000 calories in a single class) and tone the body using resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance and diet.

 Total Body Tabata

You will build speed, power, improved coordination and agility and lose fat along the way. Tabata is a high intensity training technique that allows you to push yourself for 20 seconds with 10 sec rest intervals. Some common movements are hops, jumps and bounding movements. We incorporate strength and cardio techniques in a Tabata format (4 minute intervals)  in to help build the over body systems giving you fast results! 

Zumba FitnessTM

ZumbaTM  Fitness features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. You do not need to have dance experience or even coordination to have fun with this workout.

Zumba Sentao
 

By transforming a chair into a sizzling dance partner, the explosive Zumba Sentao program strengthens your core, torches calories and sculpts muscle. Revolutionize your cardio workout with targeted resistance training and experience exotic world rhythms in red-hot, never-before-seen ways. Zumba StepTM 
Taking lower body workouts and calorie burning to new heights. All of the step toning and strengthening for your legs and glutes with a gravity-defying blend of zumba tountines and step aerobics. All of the Zumba fitness-party fun you love. 

Zumba
  ToningTM

ZumbaTM Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their targeted zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.  


20/20/20

20/20/20 is a format where the instructor does a high intensity 20 minutes of cardio to start off the workout. The following 20 minutes is used for strength training and the last 20 minutes is a combination of core work and stretching. This is a great all over body workout that increases endurance while burning fat, toning muscle and creating flexibility.
